Who we are

We are John and Sandra, a husband and wife duo who work very well together with a strong desire to provide the very best possible service for our clients.

John began his career with a background in biology working as a cytotech before making the decision to begin his own company servicing microscopes. He is factory trained by Nikon and Zeiss with over 27 years of experience in the industry and is considered one of the best in the business.

Sandra’s background has consisted of working in a few different industries throughout her life before becoming interested in servicing microscopes. She started learning how by spending time hanging out with John and watching as he took care of his clients. Eventually, she was factory trained by Zeiss in performing service and has been a microscope service engineer ever since.
